Am I eligible to apply for The Hustle Grant?

You are eligible if you meet the following criteria:

  • You are a woman aged 18 or older.
  • Your business is at least 50% women-owned.
  • Your business operates within the United States.

Are non-profits eligible?

Yes, non-profits are eligible to apply for The Hustle Grant.

Application Process

When is the deadline to submit my application?

The deadline is specified on the front page of our website.

How do I know that you've received my application?

Once we receive your application, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

If I apply and don’t win, will my application roll over to the next month?

No, applications do not roll over. You’ll need to submit a new application for future cycles.

May I reapply? When?

Yes, you can reapply, but you should only consider doing this when something significant has changed to your business model or circumstances that has positively impacted your company.

​Our recommendation is that you reapply after 3 months.

Why do you charge an application fee? Do you charge additional fees if I'm awarded a grant?

The $15 application fee helps cover the costs of processing applications and operating our website. We do not charge any additional fees if you win the grant. Please note that the application fee is non-refundable.

Selection Process

How do you select grant winners, and when are winners announced?

It’s a simple, straightforward process. The Hustle Grant team reviews/evaluates grant applications daily and finalists.  We discuss each finalist and vote to determine a winner. The next winner will be announced on April 30th, 2025.

What criteria do you use to select a grant winner?

1. Your story. We want to know about your passion, business skills, and vision. If you believe in what you're doing, it helps us believe in it too.

2. Explain how you plan to grow or start your business. You don't need a formal business plan. Just tell us how you'll make your business successful, including the challenges you've faced and are still facing.

3. Describe how you'd use the grant money. Be specific about where the money would go if you win. Share details about your spending plans.

What do I receive if I’m awarded The Hustle Grant?

Grant recipients will receive the following...

1. $1,000 Grant: Receive direct financial support to invest in your business growth and operations.

2. 1 Year of Free Marketing & Brand Exposure: Boost your visibility with dedicated promotional opportunities tailored to amplify your business reach.

3. 1 Year of Exclusive Hustle Academy Workshops: Gain access to expert-led workshops designed to enhance your entrepreneurial skills and business strategies.
